MLSS recently arranged training for our 42 area managers and coordinators from up and down the country to give them assurance when dealing with sensitive incidents at our street feeds. We spent a day going over Personal Development, Conflict Management, Physical Intervention and Defensive Physical Skills. We would like to say a massive thank you to Vikas Chopra from Excellence Training and Coaching for providing the training. Vikas is our very own training provider who will be working very closely with us in the future by offering Personal development programmes.
